Registration Fees (all amounts in Euro)
All congress delegates, including invited speakers, must register in advance of the congress.
Invited speakers will receive a dedicated communication regarding their registration procedure. All available registration fees for delegates are shown hereafter.

Onsite registrations will be accepted and must be paid by credit card or cash only.
The registration fees includes:
- entrance to plenary symposia, workshops, poster sessions, exhibition and industry-sponsored workshops;
- possibility to submit one abstract (additional abstracts will be subject to € 100);
- congress information package;
- certificate of attendance;
- Ferry boat (Como - Congress Centre) in the morning and at the end of the sessions
Remittance
All fees must be paid in Euro. Registration fees shall be paid:

Registration without proof of payment cannot be accepted.
LUNCH-TICKETS
On Thursday 8, Friday 9 and Saturday 10 April 2010, a fee-paying catering service will be provided in the appropriate area of the Congress Centre.
The menu (different on each day) will consist of a unique course. A vegetarian menu will be also available.
Tickets-lunch can be booked by those who register to the congress on the online system.
- 1-day ticket: 14 euro
- 3-days ticket: 40 euro
Invitation Letter
To facilitate attendance to the congress a personal invitation letter can be sent on request. This invitation does not discharge one from registering and paying the proper congress fee. Please refer to the Organizing Secretariat for personal invitations (info@eurovirology2010.org).
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations must be sent in writing or emailed to the Organizing Secretariat. The amount of 80% of the fee paid will refunded for cancellations received by 31 December 2009.
Until 31 January 2010 a refund of 50% of the fee will be provided.
After 31 January 2010 no refunds will be issued.
All refunds will be provided in Euro after the congress.
Cancellation of the congress
The Organizing Secretariat reserves the right to cancel the congress, shift venue, or change the dates without notice, in case of force majeure.
Neither MZ Congressi nor the Organizing Committee shall be liable for any damage claims.
